- Heavy adverse credit accepted, with explanation.
- Discharged bankrupts accepted.
- Term 1 - 36 months.
- Location - England / Wales / Scotland
- Property - Residential Investment / Commercial / Land / Developments
- Charges - 1st or 2nd charge
- Applicants - Individuals (UK and overseas), Limited Companies and SPVs
